Platypus Shoes

Bridge was very helpful for me and my sister . I was not sure which one to choose but she helped us and ended up buying 3 pair.

Lovely staff, but one girl had to help and serve over 6 people not fair on her please hire more staff, very slow at service.

Absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service by the lady with colourful hair! From the moment we walked in, it was like we were a bother to her. We needed to exchange the pair of shoes and refund some socks brought the day before. She proceeded to complain she didn't know how to do it and had to work it out, which would be fine if we didn't cop attitude with it. When doing the refund she asked about 5 times for reasons why we needed to refund even though we told her multiple times. The size we needed was only at HPoint and we politely asked if she was able to call and see if they can hold them while we drove up there (no other customers were in the store so they weren't busy), she refused and said they don't do holds (Which they do). She then proceeded to keep our receipt for the other products we purchased.
It was definitely disappointing, I now refuse to shop there. This happened on the 12th of September but only now got a chance to do the review.

If anyone needs a good Platypus store, I recommend going to highpoint for great customer service 👍

Spoke to the manager after I was declined a return due to shoes being ripped and broken straight out of the box, I was told to leave the store and then following that experience I have not heard good things about this stores customer service. 0/5 stars

Following email from owner does not help aswell. 😡😡 No swaps for genuine wrong sizes even within 1 day. They sold me on the display pair of shoes. In 20 mins getting home, I realise it's half a size bigger for sure.

Went back next day and spoke to manager and she said no returns as shoes are now worn. Very rude, very inconsiderate and not helpful. Can't exchange $160 with anything either. No way to leave feedback in store as no feedback form.

Contacted the email below. They asked to go back to the store and have it changed but the manager again turned back saying manager's decision is last. GREAT process!! My last buy from platypus anywhere.
