I've spent a fair bit of time and money here after previously shopping at the other red tool shop. The service is always good and knowledgeable on their products and I've never had them try to push a different brand or dearer model because there was a brand deal on. They have my business as long as they keep this mentality

I'm a manager of a Hunter based construction company. The service they provide to us is absolutely first class. An excellent range of quality tooling at market leading price points, same/next day delivery on virtually all orders and they go the extra mile to expedite tooling that has limited availability and longer lead-times.

On a personal level, I recently had the need to upgrade a number of home tools. There is no way the staff I dealt with could have been aware of our corporate relationship. I came away with a great service experience and extremely happy with my purchases.

What great customer service I received from Willam at Sandgate branch. I purchased a few items and one of them was faulty. I sent one email and William called me within 5 minutes and was more than happy to replace the item the same day. Also, I would like to thank Total Tools Hoxton Park and the young lady that was there, was happy to exchange the item (even though I didnt make the purchase from their store) and unfortunately they didnt have the stock. The lady offered for me to pick whatever items I may be interested in, that adds up to the total of the purchased item but I refused as I only wanted this item specifically. She apologised for the inconvenience and advised to contact their Head Office in Newcastle, which I did and was assisted my William straight away without complications or issues. I'll be purchasing from Total Tools for all my needs in the future. Thank you.

Service and knowledge. Don't be afraid to ask anything. These guys and girls are from all walks of life. They have a great collective mind of knowledge for products for things you do and dont think you need but you probably do.

I bought an Air Compressor from here a few months ago, I only used it a couple of times then it started to malfunction, I returned it to the store for them to look at, Four days later they rang me to let me know that they have sorted out the problem, when I went back to collect it, too my surprise the replaced the Compressor with a Brand new one with out question, Couldn’t be happier than that,, Great service,,
