Very happy with service I received from young lady at the front counter last Thursday. (Sorry I did not obtain your name).

I attended just to inquire where I would get a part for my recliner that I had purchased at this store a few years back.
Service I received was friendly, courteous and exceptional and my new part will be arriving next week.🙂

Awesome customer service the other day from their team member Storm. She was relaxed, yet professional and knew her products and their availability inside out. She made shopping with my 4 year old easy... can't wait to pick up our new bed.... highly recommended.

Very impressed with the service we received from Daniel... we wouldn't have even known he was a trainee. Our first visit we spent nearly two hours in the store building up a package for our new home and at no point did we feel pressured to buy anything we didn't need or want. We are so impressed by the service as well as the vastly improved quality of the product from what it once was, that when we measured up abs could confirm we had room for a dining table, we made sure we waited for Daniel so we again knew he'd reap the benefit in terms of meeting his monthly sales targets

Jaimee was excellent with her service. Unfortunately, we couldn't get what we wanted in time but she spent a long time trying to accommodate us and did it with a smile on her face. Jaimee will be the reason why I go back. Great customer service, and thank you for your time.

Salesman just OK. HOWEVER the dispatch side of things ..... Jackson went above and beyond to ensure we were going to be looked after. He loaded the furniture for us, and was super happy at the same time. He even got all our things together from seperate locations, as it was on closing, and he did not want us to have to come back the next day. 10/10 for him!!

Purchased a couch a little while ago. Great service and when there was some issues with the couch the manager when above and beyond to make sure it was the right thing for me.

We have bought a few items here over the years. Recently, from the new store, we bought a set of 8 chairs. A couple had hardly been used, but we're pulled out when we had friends visit. One mate leaned back and we heard a massive crack. We took the chair back to the store, but there were no more available to replace it. The manager have is the money back for one chair, which we felt was very generous. Whilst they could not repair out, he gave some advice on what to do should the crack worsen. I thought that was very fair.

I can't wait for my delivery. The sales lady Helen ( I believe that is her name. ) Was very helpful. Also understanding in keeping around budget. There were so many options which made it feel like I could really find something for me.

Very friendly and helpful staff members, lots to peak your interest & some very good deals. Give yourself plenty of time to just wander the display stock because you don't want to buy the first thing you see only to discover that there is something better in the next isle over

Great service !
We were looking to buy a double seated recliner for or motor home. The young that helped us couldn't do enough for us.

Product arrived within the time frame I was advised of at purchase. Staff both in store and upon delivery were kind and helpful.

Amazing customer service!!!! Manager was so lovely and understanding. The employee that had assisted on what I wanted was just absolutely amazing!!! 😍

Wow what great customer service at Townsville store, I ordered online and received a call the next day to let me know expected delivery date, I have just received my Elsa dining suite a week early and was called to let me know ahead of time, the 3 delivery guys were polite, efficient and very helpful.

Just brought a 3 seater and a two seater lounge, the staff are so friendly and the whole process took under 1 hour from order to loading it up from there huge storage shed next door.

Prices were very good but the best thing about this store was the service provided by Dallas on the 28/08/2018. Highly recommended.

Sales staff were on hand and helpful without being pushy, had a typical range of furniture with a sale on until 23 August.

The staff were very helpful . They go out of their way to help.
