Absolute legends - put in an order for some jerseys and noticed the next day the Black Friday sales started. I sent a message on the site and they’d thrown in an extra pair of socks on my first order and even gave me a coupon for another order.

Plus the jerseys have arrived and the fit and quality are sweet.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Even after Aus Post "lost" my original order HTW have resent the same order out out of goodwill. Support this great Aussie company and you will not be disappointed .

Best customer service I've ever had.

I ordered a top for my boyfriend to the wrong address and then it went missing for one month. Sarah from HTW was extremely reponsive and helpful. They lodged a case with AusPost to help me find the top, and after a couple of weeks, when we believed the parcel was completely lost, they offered me a discount for me to use online - even though it wasn't their fault.

The top was finally found after 4 weeks. HTW re-post it on the same day and I got it only 2 days later. My boyfriend is in love with his new MTB top and I would defenitely keep surpising him with HTW gear.

Wasnt me but my mrs bought me and the young bloke some tech tees and socks for cristmas love em and they included a thank you card and a bunch of stickers👍👍. Awesome local mtb brand with humour and quality give em a go
