They (especially James) maintained good communication throughout. Couldn't be happier with Living Styles and my lamp. The crystal floor lamp is stunning. Highly recommend.

Whilst I stick to local stores (for ease) for furniture in readily available styles, I was seeking particular stools which I could not find here. I found the perfect stools from Living Styles. I took the gamble of ordering online and I am so glad I did! Once dispatched, freight was only five days from Sydney to Tasmania. I needed a small amount of customer support which was promptly and professionally resolved by James on the same day—thank you! I found a local tradie to assemble them as an impact driver was needed (as well as the purchase of threadlock). But even with the extra steps and cost of freight to Tasmania, the end result was worth it and I am so pleased with them! They are great quality, sturdy, and I think they look fantastic! This was my first online furniture order and I would feel confident returning to Living Styles in future for particular pieces that I can’t find locally.

I ordered a Coffee table and side table. Both arrived on time. The packaging was done quite well. There were some issues with the Coffee table and I reported these to the service team. James from Livingstyles contacted us, understood the issues, arranged for return and issued a refund with regular updates. Thank you LivingStyles customer service team!

I'll give them 5 stars for customer service. I purchased the Will Fabric Office Chair in beige which didn't quite meet my needs and had some quality issues. They have agreed to arrange a collection and refund the cost of the item. As an online retailer, it's good to know that they will resolve their customer's issues promptly.

Recently I purchased several items for our new home from Living Styles including rugs, furniture, a mirror and a bedhead. The sales consultant Sherry was outstanding in her service, support and patience with my numerous changes of mind and delayed delivery dates. The entire experience was positive and enjoyable. Our home looks amazing with all the additions that were delivered altogether in perfect well-packed condition. I only had one issue with a product that was the last one and the staff were considerate and helpful in negotiating a suitable outcome. Even though the house was not ready when all the goods were due for delivery Sherry organised it all to be sent on a particular week. I am very happy with my new furniture and homewares and highly recommend Living Styles for a wide selection of unique pieces.

Very impressed with LivingStyles. Ordered a beautiful lamp at a very affordable price and it arrived 1.5 days after we ordered it. However, when it arrived it had obviously been broken in transit. Livingstyles’ customer service was fantastic to deal with and very responsive. The next day we had a replacement organised for us. Will definitely shop here again.

Purchased the Picasso extra large lamp in black. The first one came with two small chips on the back. The replacement base arrived with no chips but has a faulty hand switch as the light with only remain on if I keep my finger on the hand switch. Customer service was quick to respond to my email and a full refund was issued immediately.

Best customer service ever! I have trawled through multiple online furniture stores and even though I used an Interior Designer, Living Styles had the best range of products at the most competitive prices-far less than the ID’s sources! The communication from customer service was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. I will be shopping with Living Styles again and highly recommend them.
