Their is a wonderful man that works in their, he is so welcoming whenever you walk in their, breath of fresh air he is don't know his name but I'm sure if u go in to store you wil know str8 away who I'm talking about.

Whoever said this was expensive and like Harrods is wrong.. I bought a brand new pair of Broad shorts made in Byron Bay. Price Tag $80, got them for $8.. So pretty cheap.

Great op shop. The staff are very friendly and there is a decent selection and reasonable prices. Picked up some clothes, shoes and stationary. People before us spent $82 and $45 which is a good sign of a good op shop. Definitely come and visit again next time we are in the area.

The staff are always so lovely and hard working, we’ve been visiting this branch for years. The range is great but the pricing can be ridiculous.$20 - $40 for womens dresses, without high end labels attached, is ridiculous. The point is for it to be accessible to everyone, I think some re pricing needs to be considered. Their books and dvds are also a treasure trove! Love the classics section!

Large shop, clean and tidy, with friendly volunteers. I just wish all the clothes were arranged by size.

Yes was good, however, im unsure whether yelling to everybody as they enter to sign the book is a nice way to handle things. Yelling out Goodbye so loudly as u leave the store, is lovely, but has got some customers baffled as to why. The store itself is wonderful, it's clean, a good selection of merchandise etc. I personally believe it's lovely to be hospitable when customers enter and exit, but there's a way, and there's a way. There's no need raise the voice so loudly. People can hear even if it's toned down a little.

Crazy expensive prices, thought I was in Harrods.

The majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm constantly buying from this shop but when I asked them to hold an item of clothing for 1 day as I was due to be paid the following day, I was told that they don't do that. I would have thought they would have done this for a "loyalty customer".
