The music they were playing definitely wasn't appropriate and was so loud! Sales weren't that great and no customer service

No hello from the Asian lady working or a smile nothing, I tried on a jacket and looked for the hanger to put it back and she grabbed the jacket off me rudely and walked away. I walked straight out. Won’t be going back there again

I had the worst experience when I went to Forcast factory outlet fashion spree, most horrible experience. The lady was extremely rude and mean. I have been here plenty of times before and always had a pleasant experience but this time the lady was extremely rude. I asked her why she was being so rude and she said that this is how she talks, even though her regional manager called and her tone completely changed. She was not empathetic at all, horrible customer service, never returning again. I asked to speak to the manager she said that she was the manager. I asked for her name, she said I'm not telling you my name. I told her that you aren't telling me your name because you know you are wrong and you are doing wrong by me. I went to the store on Saturday 8th May 3:50pm. She started closing the store and switching the lights off at 4pm, even though the store was supposed to close at 6. I have never had someone talk so rudely to me ever before. Extremely ruined my mood, very unhelpful, rude. I have no idea what she is doing in customer service with an attitude like hers. I was a loyal customer of forecast but will make sure I don't ever visit that store again. I would suggest you no-one to go to this store if you don't want to spoil their mood.
