Very happy with the service, new buys, pick ups, photos and returns. New monitor Andrew only too happy to check old monitor before replacing and assisted in purchase Power surge outlet.

We were served by Lewis today and he was very friendly and offered great service. This store is always busy but the staff deal with it well. 😊

I went to Osborne Park office works yesturday to make up a photo book. I was there for along time as I needed help on how to put it together. It was obvious the place is way understaffed as are many places like this. However i want to mention ROBYN, who is obviously the manager. She did not stop the whole 4 hours I was there, doing her obvious chores and helping people constantly with a smile and so much patience. Robyn, you made my experience bearable and went out if your way. Thankyou!

Incredible. Never in my life I have seen such helpful and patient staff. My phone did not connect to any of their device. The girl tried all 6. Then she asked me to send photo through email. I typed email wrong 3 times. Finally we succeeded I would have killed me as a customer. The lady kept helping me till all was done. Almost two hours.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Sam on Wednesday night at the Osborne Park store. I arrived at 8.30pm trying to print out a school project for my daughter and unfortunately the image I had was not in the right format. Sam was friendly, kind and helpful and nothing was too hard. Sam made sure I left the store with a printed out usable image. Thanks so much Sam for the excellent customer service you provided me, I really appreciate it. If my daughter gets an A you definitely need to take some of the credit!!

I came in today to get some printing done. They were very clearly short staffed, but the staff remained very professional and were really great to deal with. Thank you Bhumika and Robyn.

I have had some issues with the Cricut machines (manufacturer issue not Officeworks). The service I received when dealing with an exchange twice in one week and sharing the problems I was facing, I was listened to and felt supported by all the staff I dealt with, especially Steph. She was there with my two returns and she showed compassion and sympathy even though Officeworks were just on the receiving end of receiving faulty products and had no idea. Thank you to the staff that supported me in finally receiving a working product.

1000 times better than Joondalup Officeworks. Sat morn, at print desk 4 friendly staff, no queue, efficient operation with no avoiding customers eyes. Friendly tech manager did a refund no quibbles. Recommended.

Went into buy some computer parts from Osbourne Park store. As I was leaving my car wouldn’t start. Mish who works at the store noticed that I was a little stuck and offered to help jump start my car. Small things like this go along way and really helped me out a lot. Thank you Mish!! Absolute legend!

So when I bought my new Pixel 6a it decided that it didn't like wireless networking, so after trying all the advice and getting around to it after a couple of months I returned it to Officeworks Innaloo where I'd purchased it. However I couldn't find the Officeworks receipt. But we did have the bank statement and I must compliment the staff whom I dealt with very much for their patience in pinning down the purchase in their records, real detective work on their part - it was Stephanie and Maree and Store Manager Steve. Thank you all so much, I picked up the refurbished phone last night and it looks good so far. The staff went to a lot of time and trouble and were very patient with us. Very much appreciated.

I’ve had issues with online photo orders before and have avoided this store for a while. But this afternoon I went in to buy a few things, and didn’t know where to find them in the store. Each of the staff I encountered today was friendly, patient and super helpful. I could not fault their service! Faith redeemed!

We were wanting to purchase a couple of ergonomic office chairs and asked Andrew for help. He had a good knowledge of the various chairs available and guided us to our eventual choice which had the latest lumbar support. When we requested a discount for buying two chairs he asked his manager who agreed to a further 5% discount. Andrew continued to look after us and organized the payment then assisted us in loading the chairs into our car. Thanks Andrew! You were a great help.

Went looking an IPad for Christmas at Osborne Park earlier today and received brilliant customer service from a lady called Oriana. Not only did she listen to what my requirements were, she also helped pick out an appropriate iPad cover for it, answered my questions about pricing and walked me to the checkout. What an absolute pleasure to deal with. 10/10

I would just like to add to my prior review from 2 years ago….the team at the printing desk G, Bec and the rest of the gang are amazing ….always helpful, polite and professional even when they are constantly under pressure! They really help me out when I go in and I’m so grateful ! THANKYOU !!

Just had the best experience of calm, polite customer service from Kiera at the photo service area! I was having trouble printing my own photos and Kiera couldn’t do enough for me! Approaching 5pm she wasn’t rude or fazed by my small request, which proved trickier than we both thought. I believe the staff here are great. I can see a lot of “out of order printers/booths” and alot of work to do be done. It’s very busy and causes extra unnecessary stress for all. These kind of problems cause the customer service and work flow to diminish. Customers can see this and supporting your staff to be able to be the best at service and advice is where the investment should be...Kiera THANKYOU again for your kind, efficient and polite professionalism. I won’t forget your help.

With the craziness off the whole "Back to School" rush, I opted to upload my sons school list to the office works website with the "click and collect" option.

I can not rate this service and pricing highly enough.

It was a breeze to use and saved a lot of time, stress and most importantly money from using the standard Campion service.

I have always found Officeworks Staff to be very polite and helpful and today was no exception. I needed photo's printed and the Staff member was more than patient in helping me to achieve my objective and... another staff member carried my purchases to my car. Can't get better service than that!
