Half filled packet/box. This sort of thing just gets worse and worse. Stop ripping people off and making more plastic to go in the bin than necessary.

Good products but appalling service. Was wanting a call back re the use of a product no call back at all...called again, their reception took my name and number then again no call back.

There is no excuse for this...if the person is away or sick etc the reception should state that at least I would be more understanding and patient but alas no, this gives the impression that the company doesn't care about their customers...so in turn I will not be buying your products and shop and support GF vegan brands that actually care for their customers ans not just ignore them.

Disappointing ethics from the company which I've supported over the years. Numerous mistakes made with my order and even more mistakes to correct the original mistakes. We all make mistakes but the way a company approaches them will define their ethics. A total refusal to supply the product which has been paid for but wasn't delivered in the first place is their approach. "Our system has changed and we cannot see a credit against your account" is their explanation, despite the clear evidence offered in support of this credit. The company has made a small profit from refusing to supply what was paid for, but has lost much more in the long run by displaying their apathy. This review is a caution to others to consider twice before dealing with this company.

I recently purchased Spliits sweet potato crispbread. The most disgusting product I've ever eaten. After one bite I was almost ill. This product should be banned.

This company has no conscious.. They put a image of selling healthy product for people's health but lacks in healthy mind. We contacted the company for biscuits for charity for a function. Reply came - " it's not in our demography " . How sad.. What is your demography ?. Money is not everything once in a while , This company is obviously money driven.. Be kind especially as people pay always to consume your products.
Meanwhile Kez's biscuits company were happy to help out!
