The Good Guys Perth Home Delivery Centre

Arrived at 4:15pm on a Saturday and had my item delivered in the tray of my Ute within 10min. Staff were helpful and nice. Slightly difficult to find correct enterance as it is a shared JB Hi Fi and Good Guys warehouse within a larger complex. Reverse parking in pick up bays recommended.

I had the unfortunate experience of using this Delivery Company, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First off, their customer service was practically non-existent. I tried contacting them multiple times about the status of my package and each time i was informed it will be delivered today, tomorrow and never turned up, I was met with rude and unhelpful representatives who seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than actually solving my issue.

I had to pick up my own appliances despite paying to have them delivered to my house, was an absolute terrible experience definetly will not be using them again...
