Ally Fashion Smithfield has a beautiful clothing collection, friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The store's modern layout is easy to get around.

I have bought most of my favourite pieces from this store and would definitely come back when visiting Cairns again. 5 stars.

Went to Smithfield Ally, on the 22/10/23 staff was extremely rude. Barely any acknowledgment, then when I was saying goodbye & have a good day after a purchase she didn’t reply to either! I have been shopping a couple times while she was working and the same nasty attitude from her.

Went in for a casual browse and was completely ignored by both staff. I walked around the store twice and was offered no help in looking for a certain dress. Both of the staff sat behind the counter having a gossip sesh. Absolutely appalling customer service. Made the store very unwelcoming.
