Amazing customer service received today over the phone. I called looking for a specific style toy and a lovely lady Mel ( hope I got name right) went out of her way to locate it. Even coming back several times to say she hadn’t forgotten me. I had tried many stores to find it but it was sold out. Her help to find this toy is for a Christmas gift and is going to make a little girl so happy! I am very impressed with the great customer service that I received. Thank you.

Customer service was excellent!! Shout out to Jasmine on the photo desk, during peak Christmas time she was able to print all photos by the end of the night and was so incredibly kind! What a legend :)

What a great customer service we just received from a girl name Juliette, Kmart Noarlunga staff, over the phone.

We were enquiring about a product availability, Juliette picked our call & confirmed the availability for us for a different team. Made sure that it is held for us separately.Wow……

Great customer service through the check out. Floor staff were helpful. Range is good as expected. Some great home wares bargains like basic candles, preserving jars etc. Plain black t shirts are a bargain and last quite well.

After finally finding a Kmart that was open after 5pm, we were lucky to get onto Abi at Kmart Noarlunga. She was so enthusiastic and helpful over the phone and then again when we got to the store. It’s so refreshing to get great customer service

A great place to buy clothes and household products for low price. Very clean and easy to find what your looking for. Staff are friendly excellent customer service. Lots of Free carpark located inside Colonnades Shopping Centre 🛍

Found slippers and shoes straight away. Bought 4 pair. Prices were amazingly cheap. Tops were all folded in sizes, so easy to find.
In and out in 25 minutes 😃😃

Went to get photo enlargements which you can do yourself without needing staff at all. Brilliant idea. Plug in your flash drive, select and edit your photos, pay using eftpos right where you are sitting and your photos drop down a chute next to you. All without needing any staff intervention.

Staff are always polite and helpful. Store is kept clean and tidy. Always have enough stock and if they don’t have it, they try and get it for you.

This particular store is always clean and easy to navigate. All departments are clearly labelled and staff members are fairly easy to find if you have a question. They is a great array of products for you to explore also.

Kmart is my go-to shop. I’ve bought many Anko products over the years, and they never disappoint. And price is the cherry on the cake.

Thank you to Michelle today Friday 11th Dec in the layby section. Her customer service was above and beyond and was ever so appreciated! Service like this doesn't go unnoticed, and really makes me want to come back again and again to shop. Credit also to the young lad in the toy section who happily looked up a few items for us to see when they would have in stock. I like Kmart. I bought some of their home decor products that I really like. Plus a long wooden serving board that I love. Purchased the basket for my plant. Bought children's clothes aswell. I usually find something to come home with.

Always clean. Staff at photos/order pickup desk and at checkouts are always very friendly and chatty.
Some shelves are always empty or very low on stock, so be sure to check online for the item you want.

This Kmart is so organised, clean, fully stocked and well presented. I have been to numerous stores were it looks like a bomb has hit, so well done in maintaining a professional and attractive appearance. Great selection and friendly staff! Kudos!
