I shopped inside Ally on Wednesday and I had the pleasure of being greeted by Noelle. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and offered to help me. She helped me find exactly what I wanted and made me feel so welcome. She definitely went above and beyond. I am super happy with her service.

the girl with pink hair stands at the computer all day i was in the store for over an hour and she didnt leave it not once or say hello to me, i came back to look at something a little later and she was still at the computer & still no hello. gladly one of the other girls working greeted me both times.

The lady who was on today was on her phone half the time we were in store. Then she went into the store room and was on the phone. We stood at the counter waiting for her to come out and serve us! At one stage she was standing in a change room on the phone.

Disappointing customer service . The sales assistant was on a call when we approached the counter she just continued with the call for more than 3-5 mins without even looking at us .
