It's great to get cosmetics at a discounted price to the retail stores. Good range, you should definitely find what you need. Great service to boot, always happy to help out a husband shopping for his wife.

I was there opening day and the layout and presentation is faultless, range of products is fantastic and the staff are amazing. Definitely worth checking out when you are at Harbour Town Adelaide.

Very helpful and polite staff. Nice layout and as it is located in Harbour Town outlet convenient parking as well as public transport available. Prices too are good and during the festive season offered great discounts. Overall a great store.

WOW! Love this store and the staff are so helpful. Shout out to the sales lady that helped me, her name was Natalia and she really knows her make up and skincare. I highly recommend this store.

Horrible 2 ladies working no customer service skills, they look envious and bored! I was a member and i am buying there since they opened the store just because of good prices and discount even though they are seriously worst sales people i ever come across. Today i wanted to buy somevproduct and they said im not a member! How ridicolous! I ended up leaving a store not buying anything as it was extremly frastruating. I dont understand how they hold a job when they have no idea how to do their job!

Terrible customer service… I visited the store on Thursday 19/10 around 5pm. The lady who was at the counter was super rude. She would introduce/explain any use of the la mer product to me, all she did was repeating the product name (which I could read). Her attitude was so rude and arrogant. All I could see was her unhappy face and her rolling eyes, which made me extremely uncomfortable.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Myself and another customer waited over 5 minutes while the only sales assistant was on the phone out the back. No acknowledgement and no effort to end the call. Ended up walking out and leaving my items on the counter even though I really needed to buy them.

The worst customer service ever. The dark haired lady in particular was so rude,. Very unhelpful. Made us feel so uncomfortable looking at the products in the store. One instance my sister was looking a “tester” she literally took it off the shelves while she was looking around. Negative comments are quite accurate.

This is my first bad review and my worst shopping experience, and I invited friends to this store exclusively. When I finished shopping, I found that there was a problem with the price, so I asked the staff why the price was not a favorable price. The staff said that I needed to register for a free membership, but she didn't tell me in advance, and I couldn't refund the money after paying of. The staff said that they were not obliged to tell me about promotions and free registered members to get discounts, and they did not have the right to refund me, which made me feel very angry. The service attitude is very poor, it really wastes my time, and my friend is very unhappy about it. And the membership is still free, it is not necessary to meet the requirements, this is really speechless

Worst customer service ever.. The lady who worked on 22 January ( Sunday shift between 1:45 PM-2:00 Pm) provided the worst customer service ever.... I asked her which Tom Ford foundation she would recommend and she was super rude and said that's all I have.. I would request the manager to please take this FEEDBACK seriously as I'm super disappointed

Good selection of products but the worst customer service. Have no interest to help out customers.
