Expensive!!

I went into this liquorland store with my mum and two sisters. On this day my mum was suffering from a sore back and asked myself and my sister to lift the alcohol box into the trolley. We then went to the counter for my mum to pay for it as soon as we got there the lady asked me and my sister for I.D as we are underage we then pointed to our mum then the lady said, "Sorry I can not sell this to you as your children have touched the box and are underage". My mum then said, "My children can't help yet I have a sore back, but when my youngest one touches it and stands all over it, it's okay, but no when it's just you it does not matter because you don't have someone else behind the counter with you this is ridiculous". So my mum will not attend this store again as so when someone has older children underage and the parent has a sore back they are not allowed to help with putting the alcohol into the trolley and proceed to the counter this is just ridiculous. My mother would not recommend this store to anyone as they are rude people when it's comes to situations like this.

Bad service,Spent $35 and paid $50 cash.I asked the cashier kindly if I could have change in 3 x $5 notes and he responded as if I asked him to donate an organ.Then started playing on his phone.

Rude little girl that works there, if you want a normal shopping experience do not go there! I wont advise anyone to go there.

1 star is to much for this place, Rude girl that works there, dont know if its the manager or wat il never go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never is to soon!!!
