Wow, what an adventure Val and I had at Office Works in Browns Plains! As we ventured through the aisles in search of a science calculator, fate led us to the extraordinary Andy. From the moment we met him, Andy's enthusiasm and expertise shone through.

With a twinkle in his eye, Andy showcased the most incredible science calculator we had ever laid eyes on. Not only could it tackle complex equations with ease, but Andy proudly proclaimed that it could even chart the course for a rocket ship! We were mesmerized by its capabilities.

But the magic didn't stop there. Andy, the wizard of technology, waved his digital wand and effortlessly installed Clash of Clans onto the calculator, adding a touch of fun to our scientific endeavors. His skill knew no bounds.

As we marveled at our newfound treasure, Andy's infectious energy spurred us on. We couldn't resist exploring further, and before we knew it, we found ourselves drawn to an ink printer display. While it was a mere ink printer to us, in Andy's capable hands, it became a gateway to endless possibilities for Val's projects.

Just bought a chromebook and was served by Michael. Brilliant customer service. He had such an easy going style and had a lot of product knowledge. Not only was he super helpful to us, he looked like the only person in the tech department and was helping everyone! Give that man a raise!

Walked in to Browns Plains store chasing a stamp system for on the go invoicing as I didn't know what I was chasing on the website. A massive thankyou to Lauren in the printing section. She not only showed me the different types of stamps and sizes, but navigated the system with me and took me through the steps to order on the site or in store. I had a person come up behind me, but she didn't seem impatient and was very quick, but extremely thorough with the process. Due to her knowledge, I will be following through and making an order. Bravo for customer service. The extra mile paid off and took my stress completely away. Thank you Lauren!

I like this Officeworks store as it is open and well lit. I have been here a number of times. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable in their area. The store can be very busy, so you may have to wait for someone to become available. But nice range of services and products. The store is well set up and it is generally easy to find what you need. There is a small self-service photocopying and printing area. The Print and Copy centre is excellent. The checkouts are well manned and lines move quickly. There is a drop off zone in the foyer to recycle your old pens, phones, cables, computers, etc. Great for the planet.

I was served by Gage, a young man who gave up his break to help me and explained what I needed and how to use them. He gave the best customer service that I have had anywhere in a very long time and he really knew what he was talking about.

Excellent place for stationery , office , logistical and photography requirements. The staff are also kind , professional, and generous with their time. You will have a great customer experience. Check it out for all your requirements mentioned above.

I have been visiting Officeworks Browns Plains for years and I have been the luckiest at most of my visits to be served by Lauren who have always been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond with her outstanding customer service.

On your next visit keep on a look out for her. She’s very understanding to customer needs and puts her mind and heart into it and the results are always as good as it would be if you were to do it yourself.

The print and copy section is always so accessible and assistance is always there, we asked for help and we got what we needed at the end of the day. And also I love the variety of products provided in this store! Highly recommend to go this Officeworks, they have lovely staff members who can assist you, a variety of products that can help you in school or work space environments.

Excellent service, was respectfully and promptly served and they had exactly the laptop I needed.

I was looking for a smart watch for a very specific reason, the lady behind the counter was so lovely and kind. Didnt have the information I needed but let me know what she could and made sure I had all the information for a return if it didn't work.

Michael's product knowledge makes shopping for electronics simple and painless. I drive well over an hour to shop at this store and have never left less than absolutely sure that I've purchased the best product for the best price.

This review is more for one specific worker however I have never had any issue with the shop so would probably also give it 5 stars anyway.. BUT I have just left the store and there was a staff member I believe her name was Kiam.. I’m sure that’s what her name tag said. She didn’t help me however she was helping about 3/4 people at once over by the printers, she was being so cool calm and collected while she had a lot of people wanting her assistance. She was extremely kind to every single one of them.. even when one of the men started to have ago at her because “he was too old to understand this technology” while I understand he’s frustrating with the technology we have these days the way he not only spoke to her but also the next man who served him at the service desk was just rude and completely unnecessary considering the only issue was that he refused to learn but regardless, this woman continued to be so calm with him and so polite and tried to help as much as she could while also telling him she understands where he is coming from and he just kept voicing his opinion.. I have worked in customer service a long time so I understand being polite and respect to your customers but I would’ve struggled to stay so polite and she did well so I think she deserves some appreciation for that! Great work!

The Staff was helpful, informative and accommodating for the items that we want to purchase. He also went off his way to help us find the items.

Visited on 16/01/23. Very busy store but even so there were enough staff to ask questions, they were friendly and happy to answer questions and they gave the right answers. A very pleasant experience. Well done!
