With exceptional service, knowledgeable staff and a quality range it’s hard to go past Goldsmith Jewellers in MidValley. I would like to thank Tracey and the team for going above and beyond in their service and flexibility. Whilst their range is extensive and contemporary, it was a breeze ordering a particular timepiece from one of their many reputable stockists. With a quick turnaround I had the timepiece I requested within days. I would highly recommend this jeweller and have no doubt I will return for future purchases.

Goldsmith Jewellers is the Best store in Australia, Tracey the Manager is outstanding in her efforts to accommodate your selection and has an impeccable taste, and also is such a friendly face to the Mid Valley Shopping Centre.

Purchased an engagement ring which was too big, after returning from the holiday which my partner and I got engaged I found out that they will not resize the ring or exchange it for another as "it's been worn".

Please tell me who would not wear their first engagement ring after being proposed too? Very poor performance from this store and expected better when paying $$$$ for their product.

UPDATE:
After a few days the staff called me and worked it out that i had the option to get the ring resized for my partner. Sad that it took a negative review and crazy situation. Thanks for the help after the stress of having a ring the wrong size.

Been buying jewellery from Goldsmith Jewellers at Mid Valley for over ten years now. They are always polite but friendly, with great advice; the service is always superb. I rarely shop anywhere else for jewellery.

Walked in Sat 20 Feb, 2021. 2 Staff Sat talking at one end of store. My wife and I wanted a watch. We were totally ignored. We were the only potential customers in the store. Service needs to be much better.
