Bad customer service ! Walked in today and the 3 girls working were at the counter laughing away and greeted no one that was coming to the store and never asked for help , walked right past them and they continued chatting away about non related work things , their loss as we were going with intention to buy a few items.

Donot go there. Because they display sale on items and then charge you wrong.they charged me 18.00$ extra to me. I contacted head office and Essendon store as well. They said they will refund it's been three weeks and half they still haven't refund my money . Worse store never recommend anyone because there store staff doesn't know how to charge correctly to customer. And when you ask for refund they will say refund money will come to account but it's been three weeks no money refunded in my account.
