Ordered off here for the first time the other day as they offer single protein mixes, and was very impressed by the extensive information booklets provided with your order. This is so helpful for those new to the diet. Not to mention the range of different proteins on offer is great!!! Will be ordering again 😊

Our usual raw food from our local pet store has been out of stock for a while, and what a blessing in disguise! Somerford has been a complete hit with both our cats. Our ragdoll cat who is notoriously picky has cleaned the plate with every meal, and our bengal who usually stays in his own lane has been cheeky and trying to snag more. They treat this food like I just opened up a can of tuna.

Easy delivery and quick online communication when we had issues with our address. We're really happy that this place considers great food for cats too when the market is predominantly focused on dogs. :)

Pet Shop Boyz are one of the few places doing premixed raw ferret mixes that deliver to Sydney! Great range of other raw foods too.
Pricing is very reasonable comapred to others accessible to me and the quality has always been excellent.

The free meaty bones (usually chicken wing tips) that they add to my orders are a fantastic bonus - noticeably better quality than the ones I get from big supermarkets.

They had great customer service experience when I accidentally received incorrect items in one of my orders too.

Having struggled to find a food my puppy would eat, I was introduced to Pet Shop Boyz and their Somerford Raw food. Since then we have never looked back. The team there are amazing and just love what they do. Any queries have always been answered promptly on messenger and their dried nibbles are so good and healthy I have to buy for all the dogs in the neighborhood.
19 months on and we have never looked back and at the one year check up Daisy Mae’s vet said what a healthy little dog she is with excellent teeth. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We've been feeding Somerford Raw and Natural since our dog was 8 weeks old. He loves all the flavours and the vast range of yummy treats that are also available. The entire range is healthy and top quality and the service and support from the Somerford team is always amazing!

Amazing dog food! My two dogs are fussy eaters and I've never had a problem with their raw meat selections. Great staff who are highly knowledgeable as well. Def. Worth the visit!!

I received outstanding customer service from Taj today and left feeling so informed, confident and educated. Taj had so much patience and understanding in my many questions being new to raw diets. I was shown many options to slowly introduce a raw diet, safe chew treats and low allergen treats for my puppy.

10/10 customer service and quality staff with a high level of knowledge in their products.

The staff are super helpful and know pet nutrition exceedingly well. We have changed our puppy and ferret to a completely raw diet thanks to the pet shop boyz. Our animals coats are softer and shinier, their behaviour has dramatically improved and they seem happier. The somerford raw food is worth having a look at for any pet owner and you won't be dissapointed with the service at the pet shop boyz.

Great variety and the staff know what they are talking about. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)

I was given amazing guidance on safe chew toys 🦴. I was so happy that I dropped in! It was the highlight of my day. You’d think it was me getting the antler and bully sticks. TBH I was more happy than the puppies. Thankyou- you do a great job!

We have a Greyhound with a bad gut. The Prepared meat containers with the duck has been a miracle. Good work team.

2024 update: still killing it!

Excellent quality raw dog food and treats. My dog is a very picky eater and she loves the lamb, beef and duck. The raw bones and treats are wonderful as well. I am so happy to find this great store, thank you so much for providing quality dog food.

I have purchased from Petshopboyz many times. I always get my raw food delivered.
The food is always exceptional and my dogs love it.

Recently I had a delivery issue where my order had been dropped by the courier and the containers were broken and defrosted. After contacting customer service at Petshopboyz who were extremely helpful my order was replaced.
Fantastic customer service thank you and I look forward to purchasing more great products in the future.
