Staff were rude and didn't seem to want to help when we walked in, i asked for a product which the website said they stocked only to be greeted with a crazed look from the employee telling me theyhave never had that and she wouldn't know where to even get it. Made me feel uncomfortable to ask for a product that they say they stock! Went over to the art shop next door and the lady was far more helpful and super sweet, her shop was also far more organised and she was actually trying to help instead of getting rid of us.
