Kerri at Roof Rack City in Beresfield gave me great service initially over the phone then at the store. She gave great advice and was able to offer a great price for some Rhino racks and accessories. The store looked stocked up with my many items. I definitely recommend people check in with them to see if they can get what you need.

Kerrie is incredible at what she does. I purchased what I thought was the correct size platform to pickup, for my canopy to mount a 270 awning to. Once I arrived she noticed quickly it would be too short, without trying to upsell me to something ridiculous. So incredibly helpful, and so glad I went there to get the right size. She even supplied me a new bolt for one of my roof rack legs that snapped out. 10/10 experience

I called in to get advice on roof racks and kayak loading / storage. Tom and Kerry were fantastic, very knowledgeable, not pushy sales people, they took the time to explain things to me as I'm new to the 4WD community and never had racks before.

This was before I'd even decided on committing to purchasing a system.

I ordered through them and when I was ready a week later they installed my system and looked after my vehicle well whilst in their shop.

Just got my Rhino roof racks supplied and fitted by this company, what can I say. Well I will let you know that there work was first class, they were fast and extremely efficient and the cost was below by a reasonable amount than another well known supplier in the hunter region. On top of this they fitted an awning I had purchased from another company, nothing seemed to bother them. Recomend them, I sure do. I will be back. Thanks guys.
