We have purchased several items from Nick Scali the furniture is of high quality and stands the test of time. Last weekend we purchased a new sofa and were helped by Lizzy at the Joondalup store, she was knowledgable and friendly and really streamlined the process of customising our new piece of furniture. In store service at Joondalup was excellent, so knowledgeable and helpful for all the configurations to help me find a perfect couch for my awkward living area space. Delivery was earlier than expected by a few weeks. I am so happy with my couch. Would buy exact the same again.

This is our second lounge and I’m impressed with all staff, from staff that delivered the lounge, to floor staff at The Joondalup display centre. Thank you again , my husband bought me this is I have cancer and he wanted me to feel comfortable as I’ve had to leave work and I’m on the lounge a lot . Thank you a lot .

I visited the Joondalup showroom yesterday and today and was extremely pleased with the excellent service and sales experience we were given from Tyler yesterday and Lizzie today. Tyler were knowledgeable in their products and showed us exactly what we wanted after we explained our home setup.Today Lizzie was fabulous with showing me the fabrics and colours available for my choice of sofas. Ricardo at Joondalup was exceptional, made sure my furniture was delivered to me as organised. The delivery guys were amazing, showed up on time, worked hard for two hours assembling 14 pieces of furniture. Went up and down stairs with a smile, were very polite and left the house clean.

Just visited Nick Scali in Joondalup and was served by the super friendly and helpful staff member named Lizzy. We had a very complex couch that we needed made for a specific space. Lizzy was absolutely amazing giving us different options that would fit our space. Very thorough with her knowledge of what would work and what wouldn't. Very appreciative of all her help and we are very excited to get our new couch! Thanks!!

I visited the Joondalup store yesterday to purchase more Nick Scali furniture for my home. This time it was some bed side tables and a chest of draws. That’s 10 furniture items I have now from Nick Scali, they are my go to for on trend affordable and reasonably priced furniture.
As always very helpful and friendly customer service from Lizzy and the items were in stock so super quick delivery time.
I’ll be back I’m sure.

Bought a new lounge and ottoman today at the Joondalup location.

Selection: The selection to choose from was quite extensive and there was a lot to choose from, with a large variety in different fabrics and colors to choose from.

Customer Service: The customer service was good, professional but and not in your face like most stores which was a welcome change.

Looking forward to getting our lounge and ottoman!

We have been visiting Nick Scali Joondalup for the past 2 weeks choosing furniture for our new home. Lizzy at the store has been fantastic in assisting us and explaining the process. We choose the Parc range and we are very excited to get this into our new home. Thank you Lizzy.

Just went to the Joondalup store to buy my first couch and I was very happy with the service I received. I was served by Lizzy who was the most bubbly, kind and helpful person. Lizzy made me leave the store more excited & assured than when I walked in. Can’t wait for my new couch!

We visited the Joondalup show room today and was completely blown away with the service provided by Lizzy. We had visited a number of other lounge providers the previous day and although the sales people were nice we felt like we were being stalked and it was more about getting a sale and not listening to what we were actually looking for. From the minute Lizzy introduced herself she explained what Nick Scali was able to do with their lounges and left us to it, we looked at every single lounge in the show room, narrowed it down to three, then to two. Lizzy then went through the two lounges what could be done, what colours were available etc and at no time did we feel the "sales person" pressure. It was so refreshing to have received such genuine and helpful service and we have purchased the perfect lounge for our home. So a huge shout out to Lizzy, you were honestly amazing. Rod & Carol

Couldn't speak higher of Ricardo at the Joondalup store. Was polite not pushy and was very informative. We ended up going away to make our decision but came back and sought out Ricardo to look after us. He was very patient when the banking didn't work. Hoping the gorgeous new table is as good as Richard's service.

Liz in Joondalup store gave great customer service when we were trying to choose our new suite. Above & beyond service in a professional but friendly manner, making sure we were purchasing exactly the right size & colour. Also gave all the information we required about delivery, payment etc.
