We popped in to the little retail shop and grabbed a few products that are not necessarily available everywhere. Other latin products, not just Mexican. People there are nice and friendly. Will definitely visit again.

Just a big thank you to the Poblano Mexican delivery team, my brother-in-law ordered some food and jarritos (soft drinks) as a gift for my family. The delivery guy was really nice and to be honest, the fact that he had to travel for probably over an hour from Chetlenham to reach my place is something that needs to be commended, great way to show your customer service skills!! The order was delivered next day and all things, including the delicious quesillo (Queso Oaxaca) and the mole paste (Coloradito), were really fresh!!. Thanks again!!

Great website and range of authentic products. The ordering process was very simple and straightforward. I was so pleasantly surprised when my order arrived by the very generous size of the dried chilli packs, easily 4 times the volume I received from an Ebay store. My order was well packaged and promptly received.

I repeatedly use the online retail store for deliveries of their specialty Mexican products in Melbourne. They are quick, reliable and provide great service over the phone in the rare case there are any issues with my order. Poblano ingredients inspired me to start making my own tortillas during lockdowns, which was surprisingly simple and easy, and now I depend on them for their great range of masa and chilies that are hard to find. Compared with the preservatives and additives in most grocery store-bought tortillas, it’s incredible to spend a similar amount to one pack of tortillas on a kilo of masa flour (which lasts ages), to which you just add salt and water to make tasty fresh tortillas! I encourage you to try an order and see for yourself!

Awesome experience with Poblano Mexican and Diego Whom was kind enough to take time out of his Public Holiday and the store being closed to meet with us today for a modest amount of items to facilitate our Tamale making!. Will definitely make further purchases from Poblano in the future!
*Update: Made 54 Tamales today. Ancho/Guajilla red sauce Pork and Tomatillo green sauce shredded chicken with Oaxaca cheese and Ortega Chili!. Thanks again!

We have ordered Tortillas regularly from them, made in Victoria, and of course many dried chilis, Molé Rojo, other spices and treats.
