My Supplement Store Hornsby

Came in a few days ago to ask if they sold any nootropics and the staff member recommended something that we have never heard before and were able skeptical because it didnt have caffiene in it ... well ... he swore on his mum that it was a good product and it definitely was. Wish I had his name because he definitely deserves a pay rise :) .. thanks heaps for your help

Just found this new hidden gem at Hornsby Westfield! Went in to have a look around and met Billy. He worked with me to help me find the exact products I was looking for. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging.

Definitely my go to now for supplements in the North Shore area!

This store has such great customer service! My partner and I are big into supplements and proteins, and so it was really refreshing to have a place upon up local to us. Billy is absolutely amazing and really honest, and his recommendations always hit the nail on the head! I always drop in for their energy drink fridge which is well stocked, but I can't resist going through the ailses and seeing their really large range of supps. Will always come back to these guys, and highly recommend them whether you're just starting out or you're like me and been around the block.

It was my first time today getting supplements and the customer service was outstanding, (didnt catch his name) but whoever was working at 9 am on NYE deserves all the praise in the world. Answered any question I had instantly and with such knowledge, he also then proceeded to give me tips about using supplements and how to better my workout. The main thing for me was he wasnt just doing all of this so I would buy more stuff, you could tell he actually cared not only about the business but about the customers that come in. He made my experience 90000/10 and impacted my day in such a positive light. This should be everyones go to supplement store.

Aside from the wide range of products, the one thing that stands out from the store is a reliable and informative staff Billy who was easy to talk to and just has good insights on how to use the variety of products. Will absolutely recommend this store to people. 👍👍👍
