Ten One Twenty Cafe

Perfect little cafe with rock solid food and great service. I went twice during my time in Cairns and the food and coffee I got was excellent, and the kitchen was VERY fast - I couldn’t have waited more than 5 minutes for my meal.

What a great place. Great coffee and awesome food. Well worth a look.

Hands down the best breakfast I have had for a long time! Polenta done beautifully and eggs poached to perfection. Wilted spinach had a dressing that provided some acidity to balance. Highly recommend!!

Excellent fresh juice menu, delicious coffee, quick service and delicious food that isn't pretentious or pricey. Friendly servers and chef, thank you, I enjoyed my breakfast immensely, especially the music playlist.

Great coffee and fantastic food!

Always good and always friendly, this place is one of our favorites! They are child friendly and offer an airy, open cafe with a laid back atmosphere. They often have special that are unlike anything else in Cairns. Highly Recommended.

Best cafe in Cairns! Great coffee, healthy food options and regular rotating specials. Make sure to try some cold drip coffee, home made Kombucha and the eggs Benedict special on weekends!

Really enjoyed coffee and breakfast (I got the Sardine Bruschetta). Staff were friendly and the venue was nice. No table service which can be a bit hard with larger groups, but not a huge deal.

I have driven past the cafe for five years and thought they only sold coffee but today I went in and it was another world. I had coffee but with the coffee I had a marvelous breakfast. The food was great and the staff were wonderful
Will differently be going back

Sweet cafe only minutes from the Botanic Gardens and also not far from the airport. Stopped in for a brunch before our flight after driving down from Port Douglas. ecided to give this place a go and so glad we did. Only a very small establishment located on the main Street of Edgehill. I decided on the lamb eggs benedict.

Love this Cafe. Coffee is consistently great. Food is always the perfectly portions and the Chef and Josie come up with incredibly creative and tasty dishes .

Has long been a favourite breakfast or coffee hang out of mine. Fresh and original menu, dark and earthy coffee...the way it should be! Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍

Friendly attentive service, great coffee and great food. Try something from the specials board, the choices change frequently. Indoor or outdoor seating, free wi-fi and some off street car parking as well.

Excellent food - lots of tasty, healthy food options that cater to a variety of diets (Paleo, GF, etc.). Great position, lots of natural light, excellent coffee options. A bit expensive but worth the extra cost.

Most delicious food I’ve eaten in cairns. The pan hash with smoked salmon and house “Kim Chii” was incredibly. If you like amazing food you have to eat here.

What a funky little place to spend your Friday night! Dj’s playing really cool tunes all night & I have to say the Dirty Martini is a must try! I Highly recommend 10/120 👌🏻
