Brilliant outlet, good array of choice however what really stood out however was the customer service we were helped by a lovely lady named emelia who has extensive product knowledge and is a treat to deal with!

I purchased a fossil watch from the duty free and it was faulty. I went to Fossil in Essendon DFO today to get it fixed.
The store manager ( Sherrie) was exceptional. Very professional, and understanding. She gave us a lot of option to sort out our issue. She made me feel that any problem can be solved. She was very patient while my mum checking different watches to exchange her watch.
She is Very experienced and her customer service was fantastic. Thank you very much for an exceptional service. I will definitely come back to this store anytime.
