Got my new Eastman guitar from here 🎸 so stoked! The guys there were very informative, knowledgeable and informative. Rich from Piper's helped me out with a guitar repair in a two-hour turnaround. It needed a lot of help and it was no problem for him. He was very knowledgeable, he had time for my questions and quoted me exactly what the job was on pick-up. Guitar sounds incredible and is much nicer to play. Couldn't have been a better experience. 10/10.

Absolute best customer service & knowledge on whichever area you're looking for. I went to find guitar related items for my young son, who has become passionate on his own & had researched specific items he wants for Christmas. My son came along & although I know nothing about this area, when asked the owner & and team, we're beyond amazing. They also took time to speak with my son, making him feel important & inclusive. My son left feeling even more confident in his musical pursuit & I purchased the items he wanted with some understanding of what they were. Highly recommend & will be a regular customer as will my son whilst he progresses his musical talent!

Truly 5 star service. I ordered a guitar online and within an hour I had received a text to tell me they were setting the guitar up and wanted to know what gauge strings to put on it. I could only wish that any of my local music stores were as caring and passionate.
