The Trybe Watergardens

I visited the store today 27/1/24 at about 11:30am and was instantly greeted by a young lady who asked if I needed any help and if I did just to let her know. Few mins later another worker came out and had the same interaction. I asked for help from the Second Lady as she just happen to be closer and she explained the difference between toddler and child sizing as we were buying shoes as a gift and were a little confused. Picked the right size and while I was purchasing the shoes the first shop assistant was happily engaging with my toddler, getting down to her level and talking about different shoes with her. Amazing customer service!

Taylor is legitimately the reason I come into this store on a regular basis, without fail if my son sees her working I’m forced into the store so he can say hello without a question I’ve spent $100s if not $1000 in the store purely because she is working.

I attended the store with my family to buy one pair of shoes and already picked which one we wanted. After 10 minutes with only one other customer and two staff I received no service.

We departed the store and returned 30 minutes later.

Again we waited for service, with another customer being attended to. After 10 minutes I asked the staff member for the other shoe on the shelf as it was the right size. The staff member brought me the other shoe and departed.

The staff member made no attempt to provide further assistance. I placed the shoe on my child and further waited for assistance .

During this time I observed 3 other customers be attended to which had come in after my family. The customers were attended to and bought shoes.

However my family and I received next to no engagement. At a bare minimum I expected some communication from them that I would be attended to at some point if they were tasked.

My family and I will not attend this franchise again. I have received exceptional service from the Highpoint branch even I busy periods and will frequent that branch again

When spending $150 on a pair of sneakers for kids, a little time, understanding, and patience would go a long way.

Very rude customer service. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes for my granddaughter. Both ladies made me feel unwelcome and talked down to me. I did buy the shoes but now I'm sorry I gave them money. I put in a complaint to head office and was told they will let the manager know. I haven't heard a thing. I won't shop here again and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

I went to buy shoes today and was served by the rudest person. I’m not one to complain but this lady was horrible. Instead of coming over to me and helping with sizes, she screamed out across the shop to ask what would you like. When I asked her to come over she rolled her eyes like a child. For the record I bought nothing In the end purely because of her

I have been shopping with this store for a while. Today however came across a very rude sales person. She wanted to take away the shoe my daughter was trying and give it away to other customer. Just didn’t wanted to sell it to us although we were just trying it out. God bless them

Take your money elsewhere. The customer service both in-store and from their online "Customer Experience Team" is pathetic. After being short-changed $30, I was told to call customer service - they don't answer calls, no one replies to the live chat and no response to email.

Jesus F Christ, the lady this morning was absolutely miserable working there. Must be a terrible place to work. I will avoid shopping here at all costs in future.
