Great service, great communication. I ordered a pool slide, for a family event. Staff called and said that it was running late. The manager was so helpful and generous helping make it happen – the slide made it on time and happy with everything!!

I can't speak highly enough of Clark Rubber Virginia. I have been going there for the last 2 years for pool testing and pool supplies, they aren't just well priced, they give the most amazing customer service. Stand out being Scott and his boss Michael. Excellent customer service, when I had an issue with an online order due to the courier's failure to deliver the items, staff at the Virginia sorted it out quickly and gave me a replacement.

I had the good fortune of asking Scott for help this morning with a mattress to fit in my new SUV. Cheerful, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly: five star customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He recommended which mattress was best suited to the task, measured and cut it within 15 minutes! Astonishing really. We have to write a review because of the wonderful staff at Virginia store. We bought a pool cleaner which was great but 'beached' itself on our steps.
The staff were so good and helpful, and worked with us on a solution without any expectations put on us to buy or swap or keep. How nice to deal with honest and good people. It is very appreciated. Clover and Gerry

Went in looking a big plastic bag to wrap a pram for travel and the staffer couldn't have been more helpful. OK so it might have been a small matter but its always the little things that count. Well done. Looking for a new pool cover soon. Immediate bump to the top of my queue.

The sales staff at the Geebung/Virginia store were brilliant the other day. I walked in to their shop just prior to closing time & nothing was too much trouble. Provided some specs for a mattress to be cut to size to replace an older mattress for my old sofa lounge & it was done & ready for collection as they said it would be, the very next day. The staff’s professionalism & customer service was excellent. They are a real asset to the business & I have no hesitation in recommending them to family, friends & colleagues. Thanks again fellas. Went in to have a look if they had a seal for my car between the body and door. Unfortunately can’t remember his name but the guy helping me just gave the beat customer service. He made sure I was happy and just went the extra mile. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Very helpful staff, reasonable pricing.

I went into the Virginia store this afternoon and was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk. After telling her what I needed, custom-cut acoustic foam, she led me through (and in her words) "the best value" options for my situation. A young man assisted her with making sure the custom cut was done accurately.

In all, the staff were helpful and attentive, and the store offered good value and a wide range of products.

Saturday the 26th of October I called to seek some advice about acoustic foam for my bedroom window to block out the unbearable neighbours. I spoke with Graham and received informative information which was in my best interest rather than him just telling me what I wanted to hear as a sales person, I really appreciated that. After the call I decided to visit the store and was greeted by Graham and after a quick chat, he cut the custom size of foam I needed and he also helped me carry it to my car. Great service. The product he sold me was satisfactory and that’s exactly what he explained it would be, he never over promised but just gave me the accurate facts.

Visited Virginia store today, amazing service with items ready for pickup after calling ahead. Even helped me carry purchases to my vehicle.

Great service and the product is excellent too.

Service was fast and friendly. Cut what I required and gave great advice. They even didn't charge for the cutting as the store was pretty quiet.
