Great experience in the Jetty St store today. The lad working was helpful and friendly, even giving some recommendations for restaurants in the area. Bought some nice jeans.

Hi, My name is Pete de Gail, and I am a small business owner of the brand Charlie Holiday. I’ve been in the wholesaling business for 10+ years and have never been mistreated by a customer than what Denim + Cloth has done to me and my business over the last 12 months.
Denim + Cloth was such a great account that we changed them from being a customer that had to pre-pay goods before we shipped to them, to being on account (we ship goods to them without payment, knowing they will pay us after 30 days).
Last year we removed them off account because they had such a high amount owing. This was accepted by both parties, as even though the debt amount was high, they were eventually honouring all pre-orders they made.
This all changed with thousands of $$$ worth of goods for November and December 2023 goods that have still not been honoured.
As I’ve told them multiple times now, we have paid for this stock to be made based on their pre-order, paid for its shipping, paid for tax and duties, and paid for all warehouse costs.
All we have been asking for 6 months is if they can’t take the orders in full, then I need the amount to cover the above cost of goods as mentioned.
Why should I be out of pocket when they requested this pre-order?
Please do not support a business like Denim + Cloth that has treated my small business with total disregard as explained.
