I recommend here to be everyone's go to Novo store within the local area as their customer service and care exceeds any other store I have been to. Thank you so much to Bella who has helped me tremendously with my exchange process and for going above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my query.

I’m giving 5 stars not based on service but what I had to witness in store yesterday afternoon around 5.30pm. 2 girls were having to deal with a abusive customer which to me in this age and time is just absurd that people still believe they can do this to people just trying to do their jobs and earn a living.
One of your staff was pregnant too which is just disgusting that this other customer was treating her this way.

I’m sorry your staff have to deal with this kind of behaviour and maybe there could be some way that they can be better protected from this at work.
In my opinion they handled it brilliantly asking rude customer to leave which I’m glad because I was then able to purchase my shoes in a safe and friendly environment.

Other then that - loving the new colours and styles I’m seeing in store. Thanks novo !

Novo at Watergardens is smaller than other stores. But the service is great! I would give your store 5 stars for your lovely staff, I’ve been in your store on Sunday morning the girl was very respectful and made me real comfortable instore, served all customers at the same time.

Shocking service, I felt like I was a hassel to the staff. I'll never go back.

The worst customer service! The cashier by the name Angel H was super rude to me when I tried to purchase a handbag. First of all she rolled her eyes at me for absolutely no reason and giving me a bad attitude and then once I’ve paid for the bag she shoved it at me without saying anything! If you hate your job just get out. Don’t take it out on customers! Never going back there again. If you want to shop at Novo, go to other locations. AVOID WATERGARDENS!

They sell JUNK.
My partner bought a pair of shoes and later suffered from severe bruises by using them for a day. Even sole started to show sign of severe wear and started to crumble. My partner survived a slip because of poor quality sole. It seems this pair had some manufacturing fault. When we went back to the store and complained about the issues with this pair, we were told these cannot be returned/exchanged because of their policy. This is ridiculous. You can only detect these issue once you use the product.
Their products look glittery but have horrible quality. Will not pick up a pair even if they give it for free.

Bought shoes for my partner from here. Took them home only to find they were damaged. Returned them the same day and the manager (Cindy) was rude and called security on me because she was denying I bought them in that condition. The way she handled the situation was disgusting! She should be sacked and never work in retail or anything dealing with the public. Pathetic customer service and will never shop here again.

Tried calling Watergardens store for about an hour this morning and no answer at all!!!!! Called Melton and Highpoint and they answered within my first attempt. Absolutely bad customer service at WG.

Terrible staff. Gave me shoes that were scuffed and when I tried to return them they denied it. Wouldn’t give me an exchange or my money back. Would NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN
