Petbarn McGraths Hill

Me and my wife just recently purchased a new puppy, and two lovely ladies helped us pick out everything we needed. If you read this, we want to thank you guys for helping us out. Can't thank you guys enough for your kindness.

I shopped at Petbarn McGraths Hill recently and was extremely happy with the service and knowledge the staff gave to me.
The products I purchased (Doggie shampoo and Doggie Probiotics) were good value for the money spent.

Came here to keep my cat happy getting 2x 30 litre bags of Breeders Choice cat litter. Parking was good. Staff are nice and friendly.

Cathy & Mason (I think that's their names) are 2 of the best staff you have there. My dog absolutely adores them and their customer service skills are excellent.. definitely two great assets to Petbarn McGraths Hill.

The content covered by the course exceeded our expectations. Small class - just 5 dogs. Only minor issue for us was the size of the school area. Would have been lovely to have a slightly bigger class area and would have been even better if the last 1/2 classes outdoors. Anyway, Madison was just awesome, and the owners were great too. Much learnt both doggo and humans.

So m much to choose from. Lovely young staff member directed me to the right item I was after.

Friendly staff, well-priced products, and heaps of selections.:) highly recommend! Special shout out to Beck who gives amazing customer service! She remembers our pup's name, and always asks about his welfare.:) If that's not customer service, I don't know what is! The manager Matt is also amazing! Took the time to help us train our pup, and pointed us to the right direction in what type of leash to get! I highly recommend this team!

The Petbarn puppy school training was very effective for my Labrador puppy to learn behaviour and socialise with other puppies. The trainer at Petbarn McGraths Hill was vey competitive and helpful, she even answered and provided solutions to all my questions.

Was assisted by Elizabeth. She provided lots of detail of the appropriate care for our new fighter fish even giving us different habitat options. Was polite and very helpful! Amazing customer service skills 👍👍

Nick was absolutely amazing. She helped my partner and I with kitten treats and toys and showed immense care for us getting the best items for our kitten.
