A very fantastic and responsive team at PetO Hornsby. The Store is easy to walk around, the staff are attentive and super friendly. Competitive Pricing. Car Park can sometime be an issue both on site and on the street.

Wonderful service,great range, and competitive prices. Would recommend! The dog tag engraving service is instant and fantastic quality.
We have one happy Pooch.

My first time in a PetO shop today in Hornsby. I was looking for Dog Rocks to put in my dogs water bowl to stop her burning my grass. There are about six off-street parking spaces which are close to the entrance - very handy. I was greeted by a helpful staff member as soon as I entered who took me to the Dog Rocks. At the checkout I was greeted by another friendly staff member who patiently waited while I set up Samsung Pay on my phone (I forgot my wallet - thankfully I knew my credit card numbers.) The staff were really nice. The store was laid out really well. I got the rocks and was gone in minutes. So based on todays interaction they get five stars from me. Forgot to get a pic of the shop for this review so I posted one of my dog with the Dog Rocks.

The staff here are so friendly! And the range of products and dog washing facilities are great. My doggo loves visiting as the staff spoil him with lots of treats! This place is definitely my preferred pet store!

Fantastic new store in Hornsby... Love taking my dogs here. Just have to take their credit cards from them, before we visit. Here is one getting used to the Hydro wash station.

I have been to this particular shop a few times, as well as phoned them, and the staff have always been beyond lovely and helpful They are always friendly and loving to my dogs and my dogs gets lots of enrichment going to the shop to choose a toy. I hope the store stays for a long time, 10/10 customer service :)

I visited Pet O Hornsby yesterday. The lady and gentleman who work there are extremely helpful and friendly. There was also a Pomeranian on site who belonged to the lady. Possibly one of the cutest dogs I have ever seen. The store was absolutely spotless with a great range. I will definitely go there again. Full marks!!!

My son recommended the Hornsby store so I tried it for the first time. I found the staff attentive and very knowledgeable about my questions re dog food. They helped me with sizing for a thunder jacket and while they didn’t have the size I needed they tried to track one down. I will be back.

I had a day of errands and dropped into the store to get the dog’s flea and tick treatment. The customer service person was absolutely delightful, polite and helpful and the range of products was great. Definitely going back

A great little store tucked away opposite McDonald's. They have a big selection of all things including Pet food. The store is big enough to have the variety needed. They also have a dog wash station which is ready easy to use and not expensive. A great way to wash you dog without much fuss ( especially if you have a large dog). The wash stations open up so the dogs can jump in. Staff have been very friendly on multiple occasions. Recommend you give it a try.

Fantastic service - gave me plenty of advice on caring for my old boys long beard and helped me with picking out a new food to help with his diet. Old Ben's gonna be like a new dog before ya know it, thanks!
