Great store has a lot of unique products the lady who owns it is super friendly and helpful

Knowledgeable owner there and really cares about the product she sells. Bought a product that was unsatisfactory and she was genuinely disappointed and went out of her way to offer an over and above solution at no cost.

Karen's shop is a seriously good one stop 'health food' and supplement shop we are lucky to have so close to home. Not only does Karen stock the best brands but she also has an awesome knowledge of different suppliers and what's found in all her supplements. Friendly and very knowledgeable - a local gem.

Googled the store as it had the stock of a certain deodorant I wanted to try that my partner has another scent.
I picked up the package and it was sticky taped closed and I was told I couldn’t smell it as someone stole the tester and she was waiting for a second tester to arrive. I told her I was not going to take it and if I liked it I would buy it.
Again she declined and said I could smell the essential oils to see if I liked those.
I am in business and surely you can tell a real customer who is ready to buy and put the sticky tape back on the package if required or even make that a tester to sell the product.
Worst service I have encountered in years, shame on you. Will find another supplier and buy it there

My first and last time to this store - a woman who identified herself as the owner eventually 'served' me, when she had finished her conversation with her friend - she made me feel like an idiot when I asked where something was and asked the price. She touted that if I had bought my health bars yesterday I would have had a 21% discount as opposed to 10% today but too bad as it was too late. In this unpredictable economy of today, she could have created a loyal customer who would return each week to purchase health bars but there will be no chance of that now. The owner was totally unfriendly, obnoxious and rude - not a good representative to the company.
