Exceptional service from Joe! He replaced my van's battery despite it being difficult to access due to a cargo barrier. And was happy to talk through all the options and offered sound advice for a camping power set-up. I would recommend Joe and the team's service to anyone wanting to support a local business.

They price matched a competitor as per their guarantee and delivered the battery very quickly. They were actually going to deliver it to me within an hour, but I told them not to rush as I didn't need it urgently. Customer service at its best!
