Friendly and helpful staff, would definitely go again. Looks like some old reviews have very poor customer service complaints, I'd be pretty confident to say that either that person doesn't work there anymore or they at least were not there when I went. The lady that served me was lovely and helpful.

Staff were friendly as can be. I was recommended a few pants straight off the bat based on what I was looking for in work pants. No hassles, tried on the pants, lots of pockets, purchased and left. Perfect.

I called to check if they had the boots I saw on the Web page, and the price. They told me when I came in to quote the Web price or it was $10 more. I forgot and didn't notice the higher charge till I got home. I came back the next day and they refunded the difference.
