A Place to Create

One of the loveliest experiences I have had in any brick and mortar store. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the range of products available provide for never ending creativity. From the moment I found this shop I felt like I had found my ‘people’. They are encouraging and helpful on all your crafting adventures. I can truly say, the ladies at A Place to Create are now like family. Definitely worth a visit.

I had a lovely time today, firstly doing a class with Vicki. She was calm and patient, especially with those who were having difficulty, and gave clear easy instructions. Afterwards it was lovely to walk around and see all the lovely products. It was great to catch up with Tanya, who is always friendly and helpful. It is always a great place to go.

I can’t understand all these negative comments about this shop and the manager. For me personally I had been to the shop before once when it was over the road and was run by someone else. I can say I didn’t feel welcomed at all and the vibe in the shop was not the best and I never went back . Somehow my friend talked to me going back as it was under new management and I haven’t look back. The owner is not this person all these people are saying negative things about. She is the most loving, caring person to her customers which makes the shop wonderful. I have heard many people say in the shop they have actually come back now into the shop as the place is more inviting and no more white noise anymore. You people and you know who you are and you need to move on and worry about your own business .

I love coming here whenever I’m in Brisbane. Such a creative and happy space. I found some stunning collage and decoupage papers too. Thank you Karenina for providing a beautiful environment for everyone

One of the best stores in Brisbane, on my recent visit for a class with an internation designer we had a blast. The store is beautifully set out and clean and the staff were amazing.

I had the luck to find this place 2 years ago. Since day one, everyone was so welcoming and lovely. I have so much fun going to the many workshops scheduled throughout the week. If you are thinking of a nice hobby surrounded by beautiful people, this is the place! They also supply HEAPS of tools and kits to start creating and crafting. Thank you so much for all your work!

I have been going to A Place to Create for a very long time. The welcome you get from all the team when you go in is fantastic. Nothing is to large or small for them to help with. This is the best place for crafters. They also have craft days and classes. Go for a visit you won't regret it.

This is the best shop ever. They will do anything to help you. If they don't have the product you need or desire they will do everything they can to obtain it for you. Staff are all friendly and patient, willing to share ideas and advice. Fantastic range of classes to learn new tecniques and make wonderful projects. Huge range of products to tempt you.

This is a great place to shop for all those craft needs and you’ll find great craft classes of all types. The best thing about A Place To Create is the Staff. I cant recommend it enough.

My 11 year old son loves A Place to Create, especially the classes. The ladies there are so fabulous with him and he looks forward to going back there all the time. Such a great place. Highly recommend.

Don't know much about scrapbooking. When I went in Jo ended up helping me and giving me so much info. So helpful and lovely.
I bought a naked album kit and once I got home I realised Jo was the lady that actually designed the kit which is really cool.
Thank you lovely lady. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic and helpful staff. Big range of different products for Cardmaking, Scrapbooking, and Mix Media. They have great workshops with lots to learn from. Parking nearby.

WOW!!! If you are in to papercrafts, A Place to Create will be an awesome visit for you. Spacious with wonderful displays of both product and samples, it's a feast!
The staff are passionate and so willing to share.
Give yourself plenty of time to visit...you will need it.

I have been shopping here since it first opened and recommend visiting the friendly staff who are very happy to share ideas. Ensure that you are not in a rush as there is too much to look at. Suggestion - keep a watch out for the Craft de Stash Events as there are some great bargains.

Best scrapbook shop in Brissie. The staff are wonderfully welcoming, the stock is up to date and well priced and the classes are so much fun! Definitely worth a visit or ten 😉

It is always refreshing visiting this wonderful shop with its huge range of product and attending a retreat is something to be treasured. The high tea we had today rivals any i have ever attended.
