I have to agree with the last review that Jayden was beyond helpful friendly and hardworking! Despite being flat out and the only staff on the shop floor he was super helpful and attentive. We were in the store to get some non-slip shoes and he even wished my daughter all the best with her new job! The store is lucky to have a passionate hard working staff who engages with customers so well! Best wishes 👍🏾🙋🏽‍♂

I was just walking by and decided to go and check out the latest slip in sketchers shows. The guy working in the store was beyond helpful. He was very patient with me each time I wanted to try on a different style and size. He even recommended a pair that wasn't out on display. I finally chose a pair that I really loved, thanks to the guy working in the store today. 11th December 2023. He really needs to be commended on his first class service and polite manner. Thanks again for making a simple purchase of shoes so easy and enjoyable.

Just purchased a pair if shoes today 25th Sept from sketchers baldivis the young man who served me was extremely helpful and nice this standard of service was very refreshing

The woman working on Saturday was not nice and the way she spoke to my child was awful, once we left my daughter cried because the woman scared her.
Won’t be returning to shop again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was the only customer in the store with my child and wasn't even greeted. Staff member was so rude and acted inconvenienced when I asked to confirm my sons size and to try on a shoe that I left. Glad I didn't spend any money here. I am happy to provide more details regarding my horrible experience but I definitely not be returning.

Horrible service. -5 Didn't want to help. Blunt answers. Definitely would not recommend going there. Went to another store. Heaps better. I could give her name. But won't. Seriously she should not be in customer service.
And I was nice. We all have bad days. But this was unacceptable service.
