Woolworths Woodcroft

My partner and I have started shopping here weekly since moving near the area. We went today and got served by the most lovely guy, Bailey, in the Deli section. His customer service was immaculate and he put such effort and care into providing us with the best quality produce. Thanks Bailey!!

Always good pricing mostly but meats still too expensive. Have been increasing shelf products over last 2 years so specials are not true.

I don't usually shop there. I occasionally go there to pick up some specials such as dark chocolate or some biscuits. I usually come across to a young gentleman, Brendon, who is a very nice and pleasant young guy with a great customer service. He makes all the difference. And I don't mind having a good chat with the check out people.

Raymond from Woodcroft woolies made my day!!! What a genuine soul and asset to their team Woolworths has!! Not only does he perform all his duties with a hearty effort at 62 years he takes the time to make genuine connections with customers to make sure they leave with a smile .. this is the only woolies I will go to !!! Woolworths had an item on special last week that I wanted but the shelves were empty of this item when I went on Saturday.
Once before when I wanted to buy something that there was none on the shelves, the assistance told me that more stock was arriving early the following week.
So that is what I did in this instance. There was plenty stock on Tuesday of my out of stock item.

I bought a few to keep stocked up.
A very happy shopping experience.

Easy flow aisles. Great selection. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Nice meat too. Bakery on site but limited. Great cooked chickens at a reasonable price near closing time.

Excellent, spoke to some friendly employees there. Jenny, Sue always seem to be on register when I come through. They are always super friendly. They are the main reason I shop at this Woolies.
