VacShop had one of the best customer service responses I have experienced. After Aus Post lost my order, Veona quickly followed up with them, sorted a refund for goods lost and then supplied my order with an additional surprise. Very happy with friendly efficient customer service and would recommend to everyone.

Long overdue review. Repaired my vacuum cleaner here years ago & it was a brilliant service.

Wonderful Staff… Worked out the problem with my Dyson, and fixed it there on the spot… Didn’t try to upsell anything, highly recommend.. In and out in 10 minutes

The vacuum was again repaired by the Vac Shop, this time the broken neck of the vacuum was replaced. I was extremely pleased with the owners response to my issue. She was very understanding, and fixed the problem vacuum. We have just tested the vacuum and everything works great. I would like to purchase my new vacuum cleaner in the future from her.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED - I took my Dyson to the Vac Shop as the bristles was not turning on the floor tool, which ultimately needed a new switch. The vacuum came back broken. The vacuum will not longer stand up and the neck of the vacuum has been broken and they tried to glue it back together. He told me it was like that when he got it. Why would I repair a broken vacuum?? Not one instance of accountability. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VACUUM HERE TO BE REPAIRED!!

Great experience the shop is always busy but you’re always attended to…that was my experience on my recent visit.
Good old fashion service just can’t get that anymore anywhere !
But I experienced it here, my vacuum cleaner was fixed within three days! with a new motor.
I’ve been given a 12 month warranty and I believe the price was reasonable as well.
If you’re having issues with your vacuum take it in and get it looked at I was pleasantly surprised!

I have been dealing with the team from the Vac shop now for about 5 years, every time I see them, they are extremely helpful, never try and upsell me anything and if they can help you out straight away they will. There have been 2 times recently when I thought my Dyson was broken, but it was a small part that was quickly replaced and they also explained the best way to look after the vacuum. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

I had a specific need for a new vacuum. To be able to get the dog hair out of my car!
With perfect advice on which vacuum would do it for my budget and some education on techniques I have the absolute perfect vacuum!
It get the dog hair, the sand, the gaps in the plastic!
But also around the house it’s a work horse machine. Brilliant suction!

We spoke with Veona today regarding parts for our Dyson V6 and she was thoroughly knowledgeable and totally pleasant to deal with. We got exactly what we wanted and some great advice. Worth the trip from the Central Coast.

Do not drop your broken vacuum cleaner on the kerb and rush off to buy another one.
These guys were great. In the middle of a pandemic they managed to source a Hoover motor and fix our machine in three short days.
Very personable people doing a great job .

Went there today with a broken dyson animal cordless vacuum - Veona instantly greeted me, listened to my concerns about the vacuum and offered a number of solutions. She then fixed it on the spot which took less than 5 minutes. New filter and battery - she also showed me how to clean the vacuum to get the best performance and lifespan out of it. I am so happy with how knowledgable and helpful she and the other staff were. Will definitely recommend and go back.

Can thoroughly recommend Vac Shop. Staff very knowledgeable on all things vacuums, and took the time to listen to my needs to determine appropriate replacement vacuum. My daughter has since taken her Dyson there to be repaired and it was fixed and returned within 48 hours

Really helpful staff and great service. At first sight, my Dyson V10 looked like it needed a $299 repair but they fixed it very quickly for just $35.

We had a dyson for years that finally gave up. We bough a sebo volcano from these guys and I didn't realise how much my dyson WASN'T getting. I have 2 indoor dogs so this vacuum is a DREAM. Great staff, knowledgeable and keen to help. I never thought I'd actually love a vacuum as much as I love the Sebo.

Visited Vac Shop today inquiring about a new cleaner ..The business is family owned and staffed .I found them very professional with the product knowledge and also personal service no pressure selling like we get when going to major outlets like Harvey Norman .Godfrey .Good Guys etc .I believe the also have a speedy turn around time with their repairs .specifically Commercial Cleaning Equipment. Its nice to buy what we want not what the salespeople want because the dearer the cleaner the more commission. The VAC SHOP has won me .Stan wilkinson
