Nice one shop for your model railway. It's a pity it's only open one day a week (Saturday)even though you can order online.

Excellent prices, great communication and terrific customer service. The items were delivered quickly perfectly packaaged and and there was even a gift!

I haven't been to the store personally but I can say that from placing an order to being shipped and then arriving at my door is the best online shopping experience I have had for purchasing model railway supplies. Would highly recommend to any modeller!

Placed an order for a model set back in 2013 with the set deposit. Only later (when the order arrived and I was called about it) did I discover I couldn't pay the remaining amount off in instalments, and would have to pay the rest owing in full. But by this time, I'd changed my mind on the loco I wanted and so went into the store to see if I could use my deposit towards a different loco of my choosing.

The member of staff I dealt with told me first that because it'd been a few years since the original deposit, I may not be able to write off my initial order and change my purchase. But he went out back to enquire on my behalf, returned 5 minutes later and said they'd allow me to do this. So I picked out the loco I wanted, used my initial deposit towards it, paid off the difference and left happy.

Good when a store can be flexible like this with customers, would go back again.
