Clearly the saleswoman today wasnt in her mood. Thank you for ruining my day !
Wanted a pair of boots , she wasnt any help at all . "Is the last pair,not the right season. " then I kept it together and bought one and then wanted to get a spray for the shoes and she didnt even explain that i could have get that half price . Very confusing!!!!

I Have never had a pair of expensive dress shoes last more then three months from this store the sole of the shoe had split completely through the width of the shoe and was unable to exchange them even when I had the box and receipt. I have purchased cheap shoes from kmart that have lasted longer I will never purchase shoes there again

Had Colorado shoes for 6 months when sole split.
Was dismissed abruptly by Sandra, who pretended to take "details" but clearly had no intention of actioning my complaint.
