Impressive product! Yes, the devil's in the details. The tile quality is excellent, and it's so easy to install that my nine-year-old boy completed our Alfresco area in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend and looking forward to purchasing more in the future!

The tiles look and feel fantastic - such a classy transition for the opening of our new restaurant A Taste of Avon.
We have decked out the restaurant, bar, function room and toilets. 250 sq mts took two persons 4 days to lay and finish with matching trim.
We have received so many compliments from passers by during laying. The photo shows the old worn brown ceramic tiles being covered by the new decko Grigio tiles.

We needed to tidy up a casual seating area and we wanted this done before Christmas Day.

Our boxes arrived and less than 21/2 hours after that, the new tiled flooring was completed.

We opted for a simple pattern knowing we could change this later if we wanted to.

We considered painting the concrete, marine carpet, slate and ceramic tiles and a floating timber deck flooring; however, there is no doubt Decko tiles were the overall best solution and definitely worth the investment.

Absolutely amazing these guys. Their communication is impeccable, almost instant, and extremely helpful and friendly. I haven't experienced such good customer service in a long time. No question is too much.
Ordering was a breeze & delivery was not too long as we live in rural Victoria. I haven't layed my outdoor tiles yet, but will soon. Can't wait for 'before and after photos'. This will give my pergola area the wow factor instead of boring old concrete. Thank you Decko tiles Australia. 😁

It's been such a pleasure dealing with Decko. Right from getting the sample tiles, advice on how to level my pavers from getting full tiles delivered as well has the refund process for the sample box and an extra box of tiles delivered.

Amazing to look at and easy to fit. Even having to trim to fit along a wall was easy to cut.

Decko tiles are SOOO easy to use that we had smiles through the whole process. The price was a fraction of a wooden decking, the team were fantastic to work with, and they even accepted returns when we overcompensated.

Really impressed with the quality of the tiles and service. I did a lot of research when trying to decide on what to put over our concrete. After sales service didn't disappoint, we got very quick responses over email.

The tiles are great. Installation was easy and looks good. BUT, I was told to get extra and I will be refunded for the ones I have untouched. I have an unopened box of tiles and a few edges and corners. I was told they can be returned and refunded. It's been days. I keep contacting them for the refund, called, texted, messaged on WhatsApp. They choose to ignore my messages. They're making a false promise about their return, based on my recent interaction with them.

Purchased charcoal tiles last year. First warm, not hot, WARM day the tiles heated up so much they burnt the skin on my feet leaving blisters just quickly walking across them. It wasn't even 30c outside and the tiles were installed in the alfresco under roofline, not in direct sunlight. Horrific waste of over $1500.00. Luckily I didn't put the baby on them to play. I have had to uninstall them for safety.
