Wow, super quick delivery. Needed a number of tension hoops for our quilting group and Crafty Frog had exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy!

We had a wonderful bespoke crochet class here that was fun and easy to organise. My friends and I had a lovely time and are now all crocheting granny squares to make a cushion (or possibly a blanket). Here is a picture of the first two granny squares I have ever made.

I also love the range of craft materials available and the help that you can get from staff. Their classes are also great.

The staff has been outstanding in their help. They managed to colour match a small family embroidery, so I was able to finish a project very close to my heart ! I can definitely recommend them. They go above and beyond to help their customers (I know it is a cliche - but they did).

I was looking for a particular rechargable lint remover. Everywhere else was sold out nationally but Craftyfrog had some on their website.

The online ordering process was straightforward and simple.

My parcel was shipped super quickly compared to my usual eBay purchases. It arrived quickly too.

Craftyfrog really had a great impression on me. Without opening the package it felt good. When I did open it I discovered someone (Laura from the business card inside) had obviously taken lots of love and care to neatly wrap my order to perfection.

A great locally owned small business. Incredible range of supplies, knowledgeable staff and great classes. The new coffee van makes it a great little morning trip.
If they don't have a product they will do their best to get it for you and postage at great prices too.
Definitely a better experience, range and expertise than the big chain craft stores.

I love Crafty Frog. I now live interstate and a stop at CF was high on my list this visit. Julie's help with a big problem on a jumper I'm knitting was invaluable and Laura helped me with yarn selection for a new project. Wonderfully stocked with all craft supplies ....

I was so grateful for the wide range of stock, user-friendly website and great service, including home delivery, during lockdown. I always enjoy looking at the stock in the shop, but until lockdown ends it’s great to know the on-line service is there if I need it.

I started knitting just before lockdown, and have since been using the Crafty Frog to order a variety of yarns for two major projects I'm working on. As I keep forgetting to order one or two skeins, I've made three orders in the last two weeks. Each order is dispatched very quickly, the team seems lovely, and the yarn and supplies are good quality.

Absolutely lovely staff who are all knowledgeable, regardless of who they are. Great service, too. After trying to ask for things in other stores, I gave up and now go here only.

Also giving to the community at large and to crafters. Truly a place worth knowing.

I very much enjoy my visits to Crafty Frog. I live far from the I am in town. It has an excellent range and colours and I always find what I want there. The online shopping is always a good experience and always very helpful when I phone them with a query.
