Always a great experience for myself and my dogs, Hazel & Molly, they love the bath times. The staff are always super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and happy to help, nothing is too much trouble. I especially love the service of checking the parameters of my fish tank water to make sure I’ve been doing a good job and my fish are happy, gives me good piece of mind. Hazel and Molly are loving their new beds, didn’t work out as expected lol

I was travel Melbourne to Sydney and my dog need a wash Molly was just beautiful. The staff where so good will go back. Thank you

Every time i visit the shop the staff are so helpful,even late on a Sunday, i had issues with health with my pet Black Moor fish "Sonar" and with the help of the lovely staff he has made a full recovery and is living his happy life once again, a 5 Stars Pet Shop.

Have been coming to Petstock fairy meadow for years. They are so friendly and knowledgeable, and have a great amount of passion for your animals. Lots of discounts on repeated purchases, and the best price in town. Great doggy wash there, and also do grooming and nail trims. Highly recommended 👌

Fantastic staff heaps of products at competitive prices

We got our dog groomed here right before Christmas and she looks amazing, everyone was super friendly and our dog is in a better mood being clean and trimmed. She is 10 years old and now looks like a puppy. Couldn't be happier with what we got especially for the price, would recommend to anyone planning to get their dog groomed!

Great store. Great selection and always lots of sales. If they don't have something in, it can be ordered most of the time (especially large fish tanks) which is really good! Always get a hello from all the staff and welcomed at the door which is really nice. Definitely the best store in the illawarra I think!

Just had my chihuahuas nails clipped by Christa and I'm extremely happy with the service and price. Very helpful and informative and happy to take the time to answer any questions.Would highly recommend this establishment.
