I went in there for a box to keep my budgies in however the man said I hope your birds get out and fly into the trees. However he explained to me the importance of boxes and the passion that goes into each box. I felt like a bird on a wire just not sure if it was electric or assisted battery.

Unhelpful and unfriendly

Wouldn’t help a pregnant lady carry these boxes weighing at 20 kgs each, held items hostage for 40 mins until she called the courier to prove it was her package when she already had the ticket.
I would steer clear at all costs and not support this business

Shop owners stood and watched as I carried 5 heavy 20kg boxes to my car whilst 20 weeks pregnant; obtaining a horrific scar on the side of my face as I struggled with my car door…
Appalling customer service.

Chinese bloke serving in the store thinks this country is run by the chinese government. I don’t get it why are most of the stores run by chinese communities feel un invited to people from other nations. Please ask the bloke to be humble to costumers if u ever run into him

Had a parcel redirected to this place, when i first went there and said that i have a package here, the lady on the counter very quickly dismissed that "no we dont have any packages here!" Before i could even properly explain the name or the package number. She did not really look into anything and told me to try again on monday. So i was a bit confused but decided oh well maybe its true then. Went home called DHL and they said theres no way the package is not there. I called this place back and told her that she needs to check properly, and guess what the package WAS there. The funniest part is that she started making excuses on the phone!! Tried to turn the fault on me 😂 which is absolutely hilarious. Then when i went there the 2nd time to retrieve a package that "is not there" , i got greeted with "This gentleman had a yell on me on the phone" In a really disrespectful way quietly in a corner somewhere. Which again cracked me up. The gentleman on the counter then refused to give me the package because i didnt have my missus ID on me (the package was on her name). Which i tried to explain that missus is at work and she asked me to grab it. Then finally i got a picture from the missus of her ID and they finally accepted to give the package. The craziest part is that the gentleman had absolutely 0 empathy or responsibility and was more than happy for me to go there for the 3rd time if i didnt get the ID. I gotta say i have not yet encountered more incompetent people than they were. They need to start doing their job because it is truly pathetic. And this was my first ever experience with this shop! I guess i was unlucky :)
