Their durian is legit when the lady said it was sweet it was actually sweet

defrauding customers, I asked for the price of a 2kg box of cherrie, size XL and was told it was $35. Then I went to the checkout and saw they put the price on the box of THE SAME TYPE AND SAME SZ for $30. I calmly asked why there was a price difference, but they denied that it was a different size or type (but the truth is the brand on the box is 100% the same) 🤬 I was so annoyed but I still paid $35 because I finally agreed. At that price, until you pay for the card, it will be surcharged randomly and the receipt does not say what percentage of surcharge it is. Everyone should be careful when buying here and I will never come back here to buy anything again 🤬

I have spent $53 on this“FRESH DURIAN”! The salesperson packaged it very quickly. When I got home I found it is rotten. We tasted it, it’s SOUR!

I have problems with this shop 3 times already
First time with the durian. The lady said it’s new and fresh. But when we’re home. Open it and it rotted. When we make a complaint they put the blame back on us.
Second time. I bought a box of cherry. They swapped it for the less quality one. When we make a complaint the week after they said why don’t I bring it back. I live 45 minutes a way from Cabramatta
The latest one we buy 3kg of cherry they swapped them for some old rotten lychees. We called them and they said that was our fault not check it before we left. Never come back there again.

No trolley outside, so I found one unattended inside. I put my fruits in, and took 2 steps away to get another bag for more fruits.
Suddenly one of the worker there ( young man middle eastern looking) said "its mine", took my bag of fruit out and put his large box in to clean scraps and leaves. Hello? I was using that trolley. "There's no trolley outside" I said and he just shrugged. So rude. If he asked nicely because he really needs it, I would still be okay. He didn't even apologise! Also, their stuff aren't that cheap. Parking in and out is a pain, as its on a major road. So don't shop there.

So cheating !!! The lady gave me free try the Durian and keep upselling it’s the best
I don’t mind then bought one.
She was so fast to open one and put in the bag ask me go to pay.
They are rush and rude. I don’t have idea and I just follow.
After the man opened the durian , and gave back me.
it’s not acceptable for extremely less durian,I politely said to the lady it’s not really expected what I paid for the not cheap durian and what I got only very very little.
And the man (he may the ower) jump in our conversations , talk very loud and abuse me. (May be their culture ) Keeping said durian is opened you Go.
It’s so sarcy me. I am not asking you change or money back. I was commented. I believe It happens always. The man and the woman so
sensitive .

Bought mk durian over the weekend and the lady chose the 'best' durian and promised its the mk. When I decided not to buy, the lady keep on promising its a good one. I took it home and open it, bland, unripe, not like mk, the worst durian I ever had. Be careful, they will lie to you if you don't understand.

Last time I’ve got some mandarin that they sold it and put it in bag. “It’s very fresh girl, all fresh.” A few days later of purchasing that bag of mandarin. One of them started to rot and later the whole bag where it all has juiced up and grow mouldy.

Later I won’t on and bought a little sticky rice cake one of the sales lady told me that it has meat in it and sold it for me. This is the second time of fraudulent, when I came home and open and eat it there is absolutely no meat at all inside at all. Unfortunately that I have forgot to take the photograph of it
