I stopped in to the Glendale store today to exchange a pair of shoes that I had purchased online but unfortunately had ordered the wrong size.
I was greeted by a lovely young man (who I believe is named Eli). He was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. He made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. He was working alone and had a few customers in at the time that I was there, yet he made sure that everyone was well taken care of. How lucky you are to have such a wonderful employee working for you.
He is an incredible asset to your store.

My Hubby just purchased work boots from this store we were served by Micah what a wonderful young man nothing was a bother he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, we will definitely be back. Micah is a valuable assets to this store.

Tiani was an amazing help with my unmanicured feet and indecisiveness. I was looking for something very specific and I'm fussy, Tiani found me two perfect pairs of shoes somehow even though they weren't on my initial from the website. Definately come visit! Great experience, 10/10

Great service and a nice shoe that fits my feet. They do some shoes in a wide fit. My go to shoes are my Skechers love them
