Highly recommend Forty Winks Thomastown for all your bedding needs. From the time we entered the store when Erik greeted us to the time we left after purchasing a mattress amongst other things we were provided with Exceptional Customer Service. Erik was so knowledgeable, professional and helpful without being pushy. We felt comfortable with Erik trying all the mattresses that he recommended. We would not go anywhere else. Thank you Erik.

I went into Forty Winks Thomastown looking for a refresher for my bedroom, I wanted to do my homework first. I was greeted by such friendly staff who made my experience enjoyable. Pryce and Erik were so helpful and knowledgeable and they even went above and beyond to assist me further with decor. I was only looking at the time but walked out a happy customer. Thanks to you both, we will definitely be back again!

Eric and the team are fantastic! He assisted us with testing out our needs and wants for a perfect mattress for myself and husband and on top of that, went above and beyond with picking a bed frame and base! Super happy with the team here!

I went into the store about 3 weeks ago to check out the mattresses they had because I can feel the springs and wake up in pain with my horrible Sleepmaker mattress (which I've had not one but two of the bad quality mattresses from). Price assisted me patiently for at least 1.5 hrs if not longer. He was a wealth of knowledge and such a pleasure to deal with. I said I wanted to also go across the road to Harvey Norman's to checkout what they had. Well no comparison on the customer service to Forty Winks, It was an effort for one of the three staff at Harvey's to stop talking and come over to see if I needed any help. By the time they did I had already made up my mind to return to Forty Winks on Black Friday. Both Price and fellow colleague Eric remembered me today when I returned. I got a great deal today and will get my mattress in a few weeks time, and I cannot wait. I would highly recommend any of the team in this store, they are all super friendly/caring and knowledgeable and shine on the customer service side of things. Forty Winks are lucky to have such wonderful people working in this store. I again want to thank Price for his assistance he made my day!!!

Linda served me, she is without question the best definition of knowledge and service. She knew everything, but let me decide what I wanted after spending an hour trying each. She then spent a long time with the suppliers to advised me when I could get my order. Even supplied a temporary base until I got my motorised one. Truly 10/10 and an asset to forty winks. I ended up spending 4K more than what I had planned and am delighted with my king koil firm mattress and motorised base.

Highly recommend others to visit this store for excellent customer service.

Erik was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was helpful and made the purchasing process pleasant by accommodating to requests made where possible (e.g. delivery timeframes and measuring furniture etc). Choosing a new bed was not rushed and the advice was tailored throughout the whole purchasing process which was very informative and helpful.

The team at this store are lovely and I will definitely be revisit again for my next bed purchase in the future. Thanks heaps :)

Truely the best shopping experience I have had. Linda was the kindest most knowledgeable assistant I have ever had serve me. From the moment I entered the store I knew I was not just a number and that she was there to find the best mattress for me. To add to this Eric and every other staff member I spoke with were also so lovely and kind and helpful. I am thrilled with my new mattress and have not slept this well in years.
I am so grateful to Linda and all the staff for their amazing service and best quality mattress I’ve ever had. I highly recommend coming into the store I had such terrible back pain when I went in and now so much better with my new mattress.

We came on the weekend with the intention of browsing for a new mattress. Eric was fantastic in showing us what was available and then using the sleep match technology we knew which type of mattress suited us best. He was informative and engaging with our 4 year old son who he constantly kept entertained while we were trying different mattresses. We ended up making a purchase and would highly recommend Eric for his professionalism, product knowledge and also his willingness to be patient with a family with a young child

Erik was very patient with us while we tried the same two mattresses multiple times until we could make a decision. He was extremely knowledgeable and we walked out having purchased a mattress after initially only going in to do some research. Highly recommend if you want some honest advice and information.

Visited 30 minutes before closing and Linda was amazing and went above and beyond. She arranged for us to pick up from another store and really helped us out in an emergency as the mattress was being purchased for orthopaedic needs. We are so thankful that she was there and appreciate her amazing service.

We had a really positive experience ordering our mattress at this store. We went to the store with a specific mattress in mind (picked just by browsing the site Online). But, Erik helped us find the ideal mattress that matched our budget as well as the level of comfort we were looking for. He was always available to help us and provide the information we needed to make our decisions while not being obtrusive or pushy, providing us with options based on our requirements. Other staff at the store we interacted with were also friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend giving this place a go when looking for your next mattress.

I had been shopping around for a new mattress for my aging mother and had visited 3 shops, two of which failed to convince us that we were going to purchase a suitable mattress. Finally, we had decided on a Sealy mattress from this store. What convinced us was the patience and product knowledge (considering we had spent a bit of time there), going thru and testing various mattresses to understand the differences and suitability. Thanks to Linda who patiently helped us come to a decision. Highly recommended go to person!

We were greeted by Pryce, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He got us to do a test with a mattress assessment to work out what's best for you to get a good night's sleep. We walked out extremely happy after buying a new mattress and a pillow to suit me best.

We had an awesome experience at FW, made extra special by Erik who helped us find our new great mattress. He was very accomodating of our needs, and even gave our little baby a gift. So nice to experience great customer service again!
