Chris was so helpful and friendly, that it made the whole experience of finding the right Gatsby outfit fun. They also have a large selection and the costumes are top quality. I felt comfortable and great in mine. I will most certainly go straight back to Cracker Jack for the next costume party.

I'd been looking around for a Halloween costume, but a number of places either carried limited stock or wouldn't let me try the outfits on. When I went to Cracker Jack, they had a great variety and the staff were very accommodating in not only letting me try on a number of outfits, but being understanding of the look I was trying to achieve. The final outfit I tried on was the winner so thank you for having a costume I hadn't considered. I'm looking forward to attending my first official Halloween event as Cleopatra!

I bought a costume and some accessories online, and went to pick them up. They couldn't find the glasses I had ordered so they offered me the next best thing and refunded the original ones. The costume was good and accessories too, so all good. I will probably buy there again.

We ordered our book week costume at the very last minute online. It was ready within the hour and absolutely perfect. Even came with a personalised note wishing us a happy book week!! This awesome shop is our go to from now on.

When I rang to check the availability of a costume, they were super helpful. They put the costume aside and I picked it up the following day. When I went into the store, I was amazed at the amount of costumes and accessories!!!

The shop is easy to find and the staff are alw a yard very helpful. They have a large ed variety of stock and costumes and plenty of accessories to go with your outfits. Both these complete outfits included the white boots came from the shop.

On two separate occasions in the last 6 months I've needed last minute costumes. Both times the staff at the store were so welcoming and helpful the minute I walked in.
The know their products and are more than willing to help if you ask. Great customer service all round!

They were super helpful and made things really easy. Could hire all the bits a pieces for my star wars costume including the light Saber which meant I didn't need to go anywhere else for props. Pretty affordable too! Made for a great night out. Thanks again.

I just want to take a moment to commend the team at Cracker Jack Costumes for the level of service that I recently received. I ordered a costume online, but unfortunately, it was the wrong fit, so I decided to go into the store to exchange the item. It was the day before Halloween and people were queuing down the street to get into store to buy costumes, as busy as it was, the team were still happy to assist me in exchanging the item. Amazing customer service.
